Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the deepseekineuro API proxy service ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

deepseekineuro provides a proxy service that routes API requests to DeepSeek's models. We do not host or operate the underlying AI models — we act as an intermediary providing European-based access with local billing.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. API Key Usage

API keys are personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sublicense, or resell your API keys. Abuse of the Service (including but not limited to automated account creation, scraping, or circumventing rate limits) may result in immediate account suspension.

5. Payments and Credits

All payments are processed by Creem.io. Credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer law. Unused credits do not expire. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal activity, to generate harmful content (as defined by applicable laws), or to violate any third-party rights. You must comply with DeepSeek's acceptable use policies when using the proxy.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. deepseekineuro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, you will lose access to any remaining credits.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Frankfurt, Germany.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective 30 days after posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
